Nikon Biomicroscope E100

Nikon Eclipse E100 is an upright biological microscope with excellent optical performance and ergonomic design. It adopts Nikon's exclusive CFI infinity optical system, which corrects chromatic aberration and field curvature, offering a longer working distance and a higher numerical aperture. Meanwhile, the new LED illumination provides a natural light source with a long service life. The new BE Plan Achromat objective lenses, specially designed for the E100, ensure clear and bright images at all magnification levels.

1. Powerful and Eco-friendly LED Illumination

The E100 series is equipped with a high-intensity eco-friendly LED illumination system, which is free from infrared interference and can significantly reduce eye fatigue for users. This eco-friendly illumination has an ultra-long service life of 60,000 hours, eliminating the need for frequent bulb replacements. In addition, it features low energy consumption and low heat generation. Unlike halogen lamps, it maintains a constant color temperature when adjusting illumination intensity. Models with halogen lamp illumination are also available.

3. Condenser with Position Indicator Labels

The condenser is equipped with an aperture diaphragm and position indicator labels for 4x, 10x, 40x, 60x, and 100x objective lenses, enabling quick and easy switching between objective lenses for optimal imaging results.    

4. Coaxial Coarse/Fine Focus

The coaxial coarse and fine focus knobs are positioned at desktop height. Both the focus knobs and the stage handle are ergonomically designed and placed at the same distance from the operator, allowing for easy adjustments while maintaining a normal sitting posture. Additionally, the torque of the coarse focus can be adjusted.    

5. Easy Halogen Lamp Replacement

The long-life 6V-20W halogen lamp can be adjusted to 6V and is extremely easy to replace.    

6. Phase Contrast Accessories

Phase contrast images can be observed at 10x and 40x magnification using phase contrast rings. When a phase contrast ring is placed in the optical path, the aperture diaphragm opens automatically. Optional accessories include a phase contrast ring for 100x magnification and dark field rings for 10x, 20x, and 40x objective lenses.
